Eligibility and Acceptance:

18 to 35 years of age as of the start date of VietFest 2023 event

Unmarried and without children
-
In good health and conditions
-
Be at least 25% Vietnamese or fluent in Vietnamese
Requirements:

Attend all mandatory practices, photo shoots, and events approved by the Mister VietFest committee.

Promote the activities of VietFest and NOVAL-DC and participate in the next Mister VietFest.

Abide by all rules and regulations governing the Competition.

Follow the Mister VietFest Code of Conduct.
Mister VietFest Code of Conduct
Participant affirms that he is and will continue to be a person of good moral character; that he has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the competition and its representatives.
All contestants will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, staff, or anyone else involved with or connected to VietFest and NOVAL-DC. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against Mister VietFest Competition or NOVAL-DC will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won.
Publicity and promotions
Participant agrees to allow Mister VietFest Competition, VietFest, and NOVAL-DC the right to use his name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and/or any submitted photographs for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Participant understands that his name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and/or submitted photographs may be used on the Internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to VietFest and NOVAL-DC.
Agreements:
Participant agrees that the manner of judging shall be solely within the discretion of the Directors and decisions of the Judges shall be final.
If violation of any policies, rules, regulations, and requirements to occur will result in disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes, awards, and titles won.
**By submitting the entry form and fee to Mister VietFest Competition, you have read, acknowledged, and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
